"I love these multivitamins for women. It is the only vitamin I’ve tried over the years that helps with keeping the digestive system flushed out but the key is making sure you have a good intake of water. I’m hoping the ingredient that helps with flushing out is also in the kids vitamins because I have grands that are 4,5 & 7 who are finicky eaters and need help with pooping daily and I will try the kids gummies. But women try these with lots of water. They are great!!"
